New appointment at Altus Capital

Alexander Zaitsev joined the investment fund, Altus Capital, as an executive director. At the company, Alexander will be responsible for new areas of direct investment and the development of the group's investment banking business, including new projects, and attracting investors.

Alexander has extensive experience in the financial and investment sphere. Before joining Altus Capital, he held the position of managing director of Ultima Private Banking at BCS, and before that, he headed the direction of working with international clients at Sberbank CIB CJSC. In 2007, at the invitation of Pavel Teplukhin, Alexander held the position of senior vice president of the Private Banking Department at the Troika Dialog Management Company. Alexander was also the owner and chairman of the board of the rating agency, RusRating.

Mr. Zaitsev is a member of the board of various fintech startups with attracted investments of over 500 million rubles.

Alexander has an MBA degree from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, graduated from the Higher School of Economics with a degree in Financial and Stock Markets, has a PhD in Economics, and defended his dissertation on the topic: "Private Investment market".
